WOASF AUCTIONS--BIDDING GETS TECHNICAL!

Choosing to continue the bidding using an online platform, both auctions have moved into the technical age.  Back in person in Virginia Beach and online only in Coronado, the Wings Over America auctions were a great success, together raising over $26,000 for scholarships.

CORONADO, CA

Online March 9-12, 2022

In Coronado, participants bid online for auction items generously donated by Coronado/San Diego businesses and Navy aviation commands for a week. From a weekend stay at the Hotel Del to a hand-crafted KUBB Yard game the auction items where loved by all.  Huge thanks goes to the Boeing Company for sponsoring the auction.

WOASF supporters found themselves at a local veteran-owned brewery where they battled for baskets with online participants in a hybrid auction experience.  With over 60 auction items generously donated by the Navy aviation commands and local businesses, there was something for everyone! New this year were the WOASF Giving Trees where participants could easily scan QR codes to make a donation.
